How do I subscribe?

How many months are included in my subscription?

There is a minimum of a 12 month subscription. If you choose however to pay upfront for your subscription, you will receive one month free – meaning you pay for 11 months but have access for 12 months.

What tier is the best fit for my company?

Each business is unique.  You can access our different services via this link – Services.  Alternatively, give us a call on 1300 138 551 to discuss your individual needs.

What are the differences between the three tiers?

Essentially, each tier has a different level of HR support.  You can view the different tier levels via this link – Services

How much does each tier cost?

This is totally dependant on the number of employees you employ and what level of HR support you need.  You can view our support levels and subsequent prices via this link – Services.

How do I login?

Once you have signed up to one of our support services, you can log in via this link – Membership Account

There is an error when trying to login, who do I call?

You can call the office on 1300 138 551.  Alternatively, you can send an email to info@hrbusinessassist.com.au and someone will get back to you. 

How can I pay for my subscription?

The payment gateway we utilise is Ezidebit.  This ensures a smooth direct debit either from a credit card or bank account.

Can I upgrade my subscription at any time?

You can of course upgrade your subscription at any time.  This can be done when you are logged into the portal by clicking on my subscription and then upgrade.
