In addition to our subscription services, HR Business Assist offers clients the ability to also engage our services on an ad hoc or project specific basis.
That is, you do not have to be a subscription based client to have access to these additional services which include but are not limited to:

Attendance at meetings (i.e. performance management, disciplinary, wage review, termination, restructures)
Training on policies and procedures or other workplace practices, facilitating workshops to enhance teamwork and communication
