Company Property may include but is not limited to:

·            Tablet and/or Ipad;

·            Electronic notebook and accessories;

·            Mobile phone device, accessories and phone number;

·            Motor vehicle;

·            Swipe key/pass;

·            Office keys;

·            Corporate credit card or fuel card;

·            Intellectual Property;

·            Uniforms; and

·            Anything on which information is recorded, for example, documents, computer disks, portable data storage and other computer records.

A Company Property Policy outlines the guidelines and expectations for employees using the Company’s assets. Additionally, a Company Property Policy should address authorised use, maintenance and repairs, return of company property and consequences for violations.
